Custard Insurance Adjusters Inc. promoted Robert Soby to chairman of the board and chief executive officer and Rick Linville to president.
While Soby and Linville have led CIA in most facets of operations and sales for some time, the announcement of their promotions came just after the first of the year.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Robert Soby joined CIA in 1999 as an executive vice president with responsibilities to include the administration of the company’s home office.
Rick Linville, who joined Custard Insurance Adjusters in 1982, most recently served as senior vice president and director of National Sales and Marketing.
