N.C. Insurance enforcement officials arrested a Wake County woman, charging her with one count of obtaining property by false pretense.
Seung Yon Yu Johnson, of Raleigh was processed at the Guilford County jail and released under a written promise to appear.
The charges stem from allegations that Johnson filed an insurance claim for a lost ring worth just more than $8,800, when the ring was allegedly in her possession and not actually lost.
