USI Closes on Acquisition of Tenn.'s Treadwell & Harry Agency
USI Holdings Corp, out of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y, has completed the acquisition of Memphis, Tenn.-based Treadwell & Harry Insurance, LLC. Treadwell & Harry will be combined with USI's existing Memphis operation.
