Burns & Wilcox Adds Staff to Office in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Burns & Wilcox appointed Sandra Pigott and Maria Pugliese to underwriting positions at the company’s Daytona Beach, Fla., office.

Pigott joined Burns & Wilcox as a senior underwriter. Previously, she was a senior commercial lines underwriter working in Valley Forge, Pa., for Employers Mutual Insurance Companies. Pigott has more than 15 years of underwriting experience.

Pugliese joined Burns & Wilcox as an underwriter. Previously, she served as the Mid-Atlantic Region underwriter for Scottsdale Insurance Co. in Scottsdale, Ariz. Prior to that position, she worked at Burns & Wilcox’s Arizona office as a new business and renewal underwriter. Pugliese expertise is in contract/in-house property and casualty business.

Based in Farmington Hills, Mich., Burns & Wilcox has 36 offices in 24 states.
