Calif.-based property and casualty insurer Pacific Specialty Insurance Co. announced a new suite of preferred-tier residential property products in Georgia and Nevada.
Effective March 3, PSIC will offer new discounts and more options to help producers attract and retain more high-level customers.
Highlights of these new, preferred-tier residential programs include:
Homeowners (HO-3)
•Preferential rating for qualifying Preferred-Tier policies
•Instant online quoting and binding for homes up to 75 years old
•Replacement cost coverage for personal property and expanded Ordinance or Law Coverage automatically included at no additional charge
•Special Limits of Liability for personal property automatically doubled at no additional charge.
Unit-Owners (HO-6) & Renters (HO-4)
•Preferential rating for qualifying Preferred-Tier policies
•Personal Property up to $250,000 (HO-6) / $100,000 (HO-4)
•Replacement cost coverage and higher special limits of liability for personal property automatically included
•Expanded Ordinance or Law Coverage automatically included (HO-6 only)
