Citizens Property Insurance Corp. opened a mobile response location in Naples to serve Floridians dealing with the aftermath of Tropical Storm Fay.
The center is open until 6 p.m. today (Aug. 19) and will operate from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily until further notice.
Policyholders can visit Citizens’ claims representative at Super WalMart on Collier Blvd in Naples.
Policyholders who may have sustained property damage are advised to make temporary repairs as necessary to prevent further loss and keep all receipts for reimbursement. Policyholders unable to travel to the mobile emergency response team can call Citizens’ claim reporting hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (866) 411-2742.
