    What are property taxes for? You shouldn’t pay additional money just because you’re involved in an accident. Great work on this one!

    These are modern economic MOATS. Huntington Beach, California, or Surf City is beginning such a tax on Sept 1,2010. I believe that it will charge by the hour for specific services for non residents where the accident is the driver’s fault. I am saying ‘adios’ to car dealers, beauty parlors,restaurants,movies, department stores, and other unnecessary trips. Unfortunately, I can’t disengage yet from medical providers. The HB tax can approach $3,000. I advise guests to not drive to hotels in the city boundary. Some residents are concerned about guests.
