It is about time for WV to get this act together. I was struck by an uninsured pothead and ended up having to sue my own insurance company for relief. This is BS. They also need to add teeth in the law. No Proof of Insurance, the driver gets arrested as being a liability, the car gets impounded, the registration revoked and the vehicle owners drivers license get revoked.
I know there will be some screwups, but a paper document in possession will take care of this. You don’t have the paper, the system flags you, SORRY CHARLIE!
