This is great. Before Judges would dismiss my frivolous cases out of hand; now they can’t do that.

So now I can shake down corporations for cash without anything stopping me. Hey, just going to court costs quite a bit of money, why not pay me now and this all goes away?

Not surprisingly the Lawyer Union rep agrees with me (since they get a portion of my shakedown each time it works).

This will do wonders for the State, once all the corporations costs rise, prices will rise and the cost of living will increase…

Hmm, if things get more expensive I might have to file more frivolous lawsuits to cover the costs. Oh well, I can always get a judge and jury now and waste everyone’s time and money if you call my bluff.

This is the way the law should work… right?
