Great article , but the grammer is atrocious. If I were writing for a publication I would have someone proof read my articles before I put them online.

I hope they fry these guys… this kind of stuff makes ALL accident vicitms look like fakers and ALL doctors who treat them look like frauds. So it hurts the general public in more ways than just higher premiums. There are plenty of legitimate clinics that treat truely injured patients, but the Florida PIP laws have allowed scumbags like this to exploit the system.

If I were writing critically about someone’s use of “grammer” I would put away my pecker and take out my spellchecker before I, Jason Hafner, posted online.

Mr. Atwater is finally dealing with problems that have persisted for years. Didn’t vote for him, but so far, he’s doing his job which is refreashing to see in a politician / elected official.

Good start. I don’t know what all of the other agency owners are whining about that it’s not enough. I don’t see any of you doing anything to help. In Tampa we have a fraud alert team and very few agents attend. For the ones that do attend, you know what has been accomplished. It’s up to us to push the legislators and officals. We(agency’s) are the ones loosing everything.
