    It is nice that the Republican legislatures all over this country put big insurance companies interests ahead of the public interests. Check out the documentary Hot Coffee and wake up.

    If representative Gaetz did his homework, he would see how unnecessary this bill is. As the article states, malpractice costs are already declining. Florida needs more GOOD doctors, not just more doctors who are looking for a safe haven. Sounds like there will be some PAC money from the insurance lobby heading Mr. Gaetz’s way. Too bad he is putting his efforts into making the rich richer and doesn’t feel the need to focus on health care for everyone.
