    I don’t get it. Why would the article be listed as a link, using a Texas evacuation sign instead of one for Florida?

    “Scheme” is the operative word. Assessable policies in the private market went the way of the dinosaur. Note how the GOVERNMENT run SCHEME resurrected the dinosaur; and it is a T-Rex that will eat your lunch.
    The “ho-hum” tenor of the article is amazing. The GOVERNMENT run SCHEME cannot make a profit even though it is stealing money from private insurers. Now, a plan to steal money DIRECTLY from PEOPLE, is met with a no big deal attitude!!!
