P&L is voluntarily reimbursing residents for their expense and inconvenience and yet that is not enough to satisfy Becky Brown, Michael C Smith, Susan E Morgan, and/or James Perry Jr. I believe the suit should be dismissed as frivolous and that any cost that have been incurred by P&L, CSX and the contractors in answering their charge should be the responsibility of the four malcontents. It is time Americans quit expecting a free meal.

What about the 2 workers, that were employed by a third party, that were told by the P&L hazmat crew that it was safe to continue with the cleanup. They suffered burns over 80% of their bodies and were in the hospital for over a month. One of them was on life support for 2 weeks. P&L hasn’t given them a dime, or the family that had to travel 5 hours one way and stay in a hotel to be by their side. Now let’s talk lawsuit.

Joann, why would this cause you to move from West Point over a year after the accident? LOL, people try any way to get a free buck, how about earning money instead of looking for handouts? I lived in WP at the time an still do and it didnt cause me any harm, nobody died or got sick from it and the railroad gave everyone a nice bit of money for the inconvenience
