How sad is this? Aren’t Citizens top staffers supposed to be professionals? They receive a salary as a professional. Instead they act like a bunch of grade schoolers who got caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

Yes it is sad but I am sure it’s not much different at other insurance companies. We expect the Sr. Management at all organizations, private or state, to be good stewards of our money but this is an age old problem that doesn’t seem to go away.
