Disregard anything this man says. All you have to do is a little research on the web to see that he runs an insurance company, primarily selling insurance to people who cannot speak or read english very well, and in poor communities. The idea is to sell insurance coverage to people who don’t know any better, and I remember reading an article about an investigation into this company. The reporter interviewed claim representatives who admitted that the way to handle claims is to “deny, delay, don’t pay” Here is the link: http://www.browardpalmbeach.com/2005-09-15/news/the-bad-hands-people/3/

Richard Parillo runs United Auto, which is truly the worst of the worst of the Florida insurance companies. Deny, delay, don’t pay. While the merits of the PIP statute can be fairly debated, anything he says should be read with a filter, if at all.
