Gee, I wonder why NY based AIG would send 230 jobs to the south. Why not just add them to their NY job base? We all know how wonderful NY is to do business in.

So they can find 230 polite, obedient, jarheads. The South is an emerging market. Just like India, China, South Korea, Vietnam, Laos. Press 1 for English Y’all….Hee Haw.

Actually, they’re just spreading out their technology people to mitigate the effect of another storm like Sandy. Too many people concentrated in NY.

You are right Joe, there are too many people in NY. However, NC has also had issues with Hurricanes in the past much more so than NY. If I were guessing, they probably did a cost/benefit study and found that their expenses were far lower in NC than the tax laden NY and thought it would be prudent to move south.
