Please! Put your cell phones away. If you need to use the phone, pull over and then make the call/send the text. At the very least get bluetooth, but even then know that you are not paying full attention to the road.
I think this is advice the insurance industry needs, particularly agents, carrier reps, inspectors and similar roles with a lot of windshield time.
