This headline is false and misleading. The ruling wasn’t that “prisoners” are entitled to WC benefits. This one individual, who was not a prisoner at the time of the incident, is entitled to WC benefits for an incident that took place prior to his incarceration.

This is bullcrap. You shouldn’t be receiving any sort of work comp benefits while you’re incarcerated. Just my opinion.
