In the “free” market consumers can purchase personal insurance from surplus lines markets all the time.

I’m glad that when we paid cash for the home that we didn’t follow through with a Citizens policy. They would have dropped us anyhow. So it would have been a wasted investment. I’ve saved insurance premiums for 3 years now. Put it into a savings account.

The industry is a scam. They give each other big paychecks without any oversight really. They make their own rules and reject coverage. It’s all a scam. This governor is a scam artist. Look up his over billing of Medicaid by like 100 BILLION dollars from his hospital corporation. Then he bought the governorship. Gotta love America. Home of the super rich and corrupt. It’s not a free country. We are just told that we are free. We have considered selling our home and moving to Australia. We probably will when it gets bad enough.

Don’t do it, I was in Australia last summer, spoke with a few locals and their first comment is how corrupt their government is.
