Meanwhile, liberals and democrats, who generally have the most big money funding, are fundraising and funneling money through unions etc and that’s no problem whatsoever. In fact they’re nearly knighted or made out to be saints.

My problem is the overwhelming amount of dismissiveness of our society in regards to the sheer amount of stuff that liberals do that they simultaneously decry conservatives for.
And vice-versa. We can both point fingers, but it’s pointless (pun intended.) Believe it or not, both of us basically want the same things.
Because I am quote-unquote a liberal doesn’t mean I believe in handing money out to any drug addict on the street or lazy freeloader that doesn’t want to work. I think we should do drug testing, mandatory birth control, and job search for welfare participants. I’m just as much against corporate welfare and I am individual welfare, and I’m tired of being taxed to death.
I believe in equality and freedom when it comes to religion, sexual preference, gender, and race/creed. I believe freedom of religion includes freedom from religion. And I’m tired of politicians with their own agendas ignoring the will of the people and not representing our interests in Washington.
Where do our views/beliefs differ?

Well I would agree with drug testing for welfare if it were economically viable but apparently the money saved from it doesn’t offset the cost of doing it.
I don’t know how you could mandate birth control unless in order to go on welfare an IUD would have to be surgically implanted into the recipients. And an IUD would be the only way to make that work because how do you expect somebody on welfare to be responsible enough to take a daily pill much less trust that they want to be on birth control in the first place.
The job search requirement to get welfare already exists but many social workers responsible for welfare recipients routinely waive that requirement on a weekly basis so long as you just call and check in. I believe that if you take welfare you should have to pay it back in relation to the time value of money.
I am also against corporate welfare as it’s basically just Socialism-lite.

Yo, Destro, the difference is that the Democrats don’t telegraph their targets. The Conservatives just can’t keep their mouths shut about whom they’re gunning for. Naturally, if the Conservatives wish to shoot themselves in the foot, I’ll watch the sideshow.
It’s a shame the attention that this Ramsey person has somehow received. It has needlessly put Tennessee’s Supreme Court Justices on the defensive. Thank goodness we have a bipartisan group of attorneys who can come together to support them. Obviously, Mr. Ramsey’s absurd efforts to insert politics into a judicial race isn’t very popular with any political party in Tennessee.
“Ramsey is also close to at least one conservative organization that is targeting judges in other states.” If that conservative organization gets involved by “providing millions of dollars of outside money,” I wonder what Mr. Ramsey will “owe” them.
If you think debaucherous sexy time is the only thing he’ll owe these people, that would be naive. He will definitely owe these people and owe them big.

The people are taking back their country even if its just at the state supreme court level.

Actually, I think lawyers raising money for judges, or judges accepting money from lawyers should be ethical breaches worthy of censure and/or expulsion of both. Giving/receiving either directly or indirectly.
People sitting in judgment of others should be held to a higher standard.
I wish there was a good way to get the information about judges out there without it being a “campaign” atmosphere. The problem is, it costs money to get that information distributed.
