UNCONSTITUTIONAL WORKERS COMP LAW IN FLORIDA HAS WORK-RELATED LIFETIME DISABLED WORKERS ISSUED ‘FULL DENIALS’ OF ALL BENEFITS AND ARE ALSO BARRED FROM THE COURTS TO SUE LIABLE EMPLOYERS WHO PROVIDE ZERO SAFETY. THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS CORRUPTED INCLUDING MEDICO-LEGAL FRAUD WHEREBY DOCTORS DO NOT CORRELATE OR GIVE DIAGNOSIS TO WORK RELATED DISEASES. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK WITH TOXIC MATERIALS. RICK SCOTT IS THE MEDICARE FRAUD KING, AND THIS TIME HE HAS CROSSED THE LINE WITH s.440.11 that Jeb Bush signed into law in 2003. Pam Bondi is protecting an unconstitutional workers comp system and law. She should go to jail with Rick for treason to the workers of florida.

The entire 440 Statue needs to be redone. If you were injured in 2004 but did not miss work until 2008 your wage loss is based on 2004, the date of injury. Cost of living has gone up over those four years but the insurance companies and the state just don’t care. This statue is not for the injured but for the insurance company. i do not believe that this is what this Statue was intended to do. It is supposed to take care of the injured employee while he is unable to work so he can take care of his family. you could not take care of your family in 2008 on 2004 wages. Wake up Florida
