Why not make texting while driving (when an accident occurs) just like a DUI? Same penalty dollar wise – same points on your license – second offense means you give up your license for 6 months……….might stop quite a few
How about this? Take away the drivers licenses from all these elderly people who are killing out citizens. 94 year olds driving over sidewalks. Into home and store fronts. “I stepped on the gas instead of the brake”. Blowing thru red lights. Stop signs. Falling asleep while driving. Start there as well
