Unfortunately the AP, nor Insurance Journal, reported who the GL insurer was for homebuilder, or who the 10-year New Home Warranty provider was…..and whether any coverage might apply, and whether the GL insurer was defending this suit. That’ll probably be decided in court at a later date.
