As a hard working Florida resident I am glad to see the work that Mr. Atwater has done on our behalf. While I do not know him personally I do admire is work ethic in undertaking logical, cost saving, and efficient solutions to many of the areas impacted by the Department of Financial Services. He has admirably fulfilled his duties as the Chief Financial Office of the State. It is unfortunate that he is leaving this position. However, as an Alumni of Florida Atlantic University I look forward to seeing the positive changes he implements in his new role within the university. I wish him continued success.
