Access General announced it will be hosting a series of seminars on its DirecNET program in El Monte, Van Nuys, Santa Ana and Downey, Calif., in which they will demonstrate all the latest features of the web system.
The most recent feature added is “eForms,” which allows producers to reprint ID cards, renewal bills and monthly billing statements on any customer. Another addition is the EMS (Easy Mail System) that automatically launches from the policy or claims inquiry screens and directs the e-mail to the specific person handling the policy or claim question.
Randy Freeze, Access General’s national marketing director, will be conducting the seminars. Also in attendance will be Royal Montross, California marketing director; Gerry Knowles, California marketing rep; and Kevin Grenier, vice president of underwriting for the Access Group.
