Tom Ward, KEMPES’ Employment Practices Liability Insurance program director, was a panelist at the recent Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) LPL-EPL Insurance Issues Symposium held in New York City.
The panel tackled a wide variety of EPL underwriting issues including: How has the changing economy impacted EPL underwriting?; Have underwriting standards kept pace with EPL exposures?; and How have recent Supreme Court rulings impacted EPL underwriting?
Ward’s career of 16 years has been solely focused on professional liability insurance and includes a strong emphasis in professional liability programs as well as employment practices liability insurance. In recent years, Ward has also spoken at the American Conference Institute EPLI Forum.
