Align360 has finished installation of INSpire’s WPC® system for the Island Insurance Companies, Hawaii’s only locally owned and managed insurance company.
WPC is an integrated suite of policy administration, claims processing, and back-office applications. Align360 upgraded four present lines of business and added 16 more lines, all of which went into production during the phase of implementation.
According to Mike Mendelson, CEO of Align360, Island Insurance upgraded its processing capabilities significantly with the installation and is now better able to serve the people of Hawaii.
Align360 offers its services directly to clients, along with partnerships with industry-leading software companies.
Island Insurance Companies was founded in 1939 and offers a wide range of personal and commercial property and casualty coverage.
