California-based ProcessClaims, the first claims solutions provider to facilitate open architecture claims processing via the Internet, announced that Explorer Insurance Company renewed its partnership agreement with ProcessClaims.
The new two-year agreement facilitates Explorer’s continued utilization of ProcessClaims’ industry leading solution to electronically manage the claims process for field appraisers, collision repair partners, independent appraisers and other associated partners via the Internet.
According to Sheryl Hadlen, assistant vice president of Claims at Explorer, the company has experienced a significant improvement in its claims processing capacity through the implementation of ProcessClaims solutions. She noted the partnership between the two companies has enabled Explorer to streamline the claims process, reduce claims cycle times and increase adjuster productivity.
Explorer Insurance Company provides personal and commercial auto insurance to policyholders in California, Utah and Florida.
