Bill Cooper, Kevin Crombie and Charles Wardlaw announced that they have changed their company’s name from W. K. Cooper & Co. International Insurance Brokers Inc. to International E&S Insurance Brokers Inc.
“After opening another office on the East Coast, it became apparent that we were no longer a regional brokerage firm and we needed to find an identity that better described our expanding focus,” explained Bill Cooper.
Charlie Wardlaw commented further that “as more international business forums were opening to us, we wanted to find an identity that reflected more of a national presence.”
“We wanted brokers and agents to know immediately that we have the international capabilities for their larger accounts,” added Kevin Crombie.
International E&S Insurance Brokers, Inc. ill retain the current address at 17000 Ventura Blvd., Suite 300, Encino, Calif., 91316-4182. Branch offices are located in Orange County, Calif., and New Jersey.
