Zenith National Insurance Corp. announced that Alan Rothenberg of Los Angeles has been elected to its Board of Directors, increasing its Board of Directors to nine members.
Rothenberg is a lawyer, mediator, former President of the State Bar of California and former Chairman of the 1994 World Cup of Soccer.
Zenith is a property-casualty insurance organization with headquarters in Woodland Hills, California. Through its insurance subsidiaries, Zenith provides workers’ compensation insurance nationally and reinsurance. In addition, it is engaged in home building in Las Vegas through a subsidiary, Perma-Bilt.
