PMI announced that Rick Duquette, formerly vice president, Servicing Operations, has been named vice president, Executive Sponsor pmiCentral. pmiCentral is the successor system to PMI’s servicing and claims legacy systems. pmiCentral will support PMI’s future business goals with policy servicing and claims functionality for the processing and servicing of primary and supplemental mortgage insurance and other insurance products.
“Rick’s strong background in policy servicing, claims and systems integration makes him just the right person to lead the pmiCentral initiative to conclusion,” said PMI’s president and COO, L. Stephen Smith.
Duquette has been with PMI since 1978. He has served in various positions including director of Information Processing, director of Administration, vice president of Claims and most recently vice president of Servicing Operations, responsible for operational support and servicing of PMI’s traditional primary and pool mortgage insurance portfolios, as well as PMI’s structured products portfolio.
