The Employee Benefits Division of ABD Insurance and Financial Services, a provider of global risk management and employee benefits solutions, announces the recent acquisition of two prestigious employee benefits firms, Rothman Marks Inc. of Los Angeles, and Peter Haft Insurance of Sacramento.
The October 2002 addition of Rothman Marks Inc., a corporate 401k practice, expands the size and scope of ABD’s growing 401k capabilities in Southern California. Joining ABD’s Torrance office from Rothman Marks are Darryl Marks and Rachel Teller.
“We welcome the addition of these two top professionals,” said Jim Hall, ABD President of Employee Benefit Services. “Darryl has already made an impact on our Southern California operations by bringing 18 significant 401k accounts with him.”
Peter Haft Insurance of Sacramento officially joined the ABD family in Nov. 2002. Peter Haft has joined ABD’s Employee Benefits Department in Sacramento and brings a portfolio of 14 commercial accounts.
“We are excited to have Rothman Marks and Peter Haft Insurance as part of the ABD Employee Benefits Division. We will continue to look for quality mergers of the caliber of these two fine organizations,” said Hall.
