San Diego-based Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), a non-profit professional educational association has teamed up with its key sponsors to introduce the first in a series of Continuing Education courses for brokers and agents.
The jointly developed curriculum will provide the tools, information and resources needed by brokers to better service their clients. Offered in a half-day seminar format, this overview course will be presented in four U.S. cities: San Francisco/Oakland, Los Angeles, New Haven, Conn. and Chicago, beginning on Feb. 11.
The purpose of the seminar is to give brokers, producers or agents a quick, but comprehensive, overview of Integrated Disability and Absence Management. Facts, figures and employer results will underscore the advantages of introducing clients to these cost-saving programs. Faculty includes recognized industry thought leaders.
