Richard Swoy, chairman of Irvine, Calif.-based Superior Access Insurance Services Inc. has announced that a new specialty program is available to California agents and brokers having problems placing homeowners’ risks and is virtually non-underwritten.
Almost every homeowner qualifies under this new homeowner program.
The program is ideal for homeowners in hard to qualify areas. For example, risks located in or near brush areas are eligible. Up to five claims for any cause will be considered for coverage. Protection Class 1- 10 is eligible, all counties, all cities, all zip codes, all mountain and all coastal areas. Primary, secondary and seasonal homes are also eligible in this program. Coverage “A” limits are from $30 – $500,000 for homes built as early as 1900. The carrier is “A” rated and admitted HO3.
Swoy said, “This is a great company and a great opportunity for agents and brokers who need coverage for their clients. It’s easy to write and designed specifically for customers unable to qualify anywhere else. As promised, we will continue to offer unique, unusual products, programs and services to our agency force.”
Agents and brokers can begin the application process or get complete program details by visiting www.superioraccess.com. Click on Personal, then California and Homeowners Comparative Rater/Program Overview and then click Balboa, or call the agency support center at (800) 272-7550.
