Greg T. Crouse, president of Crouse and Associates recently announced that Michael Kona has been promoted to vice president/branch manager of the Los Angeles office.
“Mike has been very instrumental in our growth in the Southern California area and this promotion is well deserved,” commented Crouse.
Kona will be responsible for production of transportation, casualty and property/DIC business. In addition to managing the office, he will be developing and supporting retail production sources; and will continue to build and support current and future carrier relationships.
Kona began his insurance career in 1996 at Intercargo Insurance Company/XL Specialty Insurance Company in Los Angeles, moved onto another large Los Angeles wholesaler and left as assistant vice president. Two years ago, Kona joined the Crouse organization and has continued to earn the respect of his fellow team members.
