Does anyone know where I can get my dog treated without the cops breaking down the door?

I hear the cops had a dog that could fake a limp.

I bet the Chiropracters actually thought they cured it!

THIS IS THE TYPE OF INFORMATION/NEWS THAT SHOULD BE HIGHLY PUBLIZED IN THE NEWS MEDIA, TV, RADIO, NEWPAPERS, ETC. FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS. SOME OF MY CLIENTS FEEL THAT NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO CURB INSURANCE FRAUD.

    THANKS, LEE ALDINGER (650-326-33500

This article needs to be published in all the major newpapers in California to get the word out. Nice to see its in the Journal but I doubt if most criminals are subscribers!!!

There is an obvious bad small to this case. The posturing by Garamendi with a Dog at a photo shoot, smiling and probably thinking – “who cares if this is contrived – it’s got me a lot of attention”. Garamendi, who is our insurance commissioner mandated to police insurance companies, is helping insurance companies steal money from employers. This is not his job. I don’t believe any of this garbage and I don’t think any other people do.

Garamendi reminds me of an old insurance commissioner Quackenbush. I wonder how deep Garamendi is in the pockets of the insurance companies? It won’t be too much longer before we find out that Garamendi has been getting some good size checks issued to an off shore trusts at the Bahamas.

Talk about a lynch mob! I guess they should be sentenced without a trial since everyone assumes they are for sure guilty. Also everyone knows how honest insurance and other officals are; so go ahead and sentence them now since you have already ruled them guilty. I’m really sure they wouldn’t have done it to make headlines and a name for themselves(and buddy) or maybe! Has anyone even checked to see the outcome or has everyone just judged them in thier own court of law.

There was a very long and inflammatory story written here about this case when the arrests were made. Will there be an equally long story about how Todd Baldini was found NOT QUILTY last week?

Is it fraud when an insurance journal reports half the story? Did the journal\’s reporters write about the judge\’s obvious disgust with the D.A.\’s office and this case? Or of the verbal lashing he doled out to the DA? Was it made public that the DA didn\’t drop the case after admitting there was no evidence of fraud?

all chiros are frauds. The idea that they are “doctors” is a joke. My dog learned more in 6 weeks of obedience school than these jokers are taught in these “alleged” colleges.

@chiropracotrs suck. Just because you don’t possess the intelligence to understand doesn’t mean that it’s bogus.

tHIS WAS A TEST CASE FOR THE NEW COMP LAWS AND IT FELL FLAT ON ITS FACE. NO CONVICTIONS WERE EVER HAD. IT IS AMAZING HOW MEDICAL PROVIDERS LIKE THOSE CHARGED HERE GOT AWAY WITH PADDED BILLING ETC ETC FOR MANY YEARS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN FRAUD IS ALLEGED. IF YOU WANT TO FIND SOME FRAUD, CHECK OUT OBAMAS CABINET AND THEIR PAST.

Dr. Marty was an EXCELLENT CHIROPRACTOR…EXCELLENT. Why can’t pets be covered for health insurance? They are part of the family…why can’t we also claim taxes? I think they are important family members. There are more heinous and important things going on like our HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY CORRUPT POLITICAL LEADERS
