Bob Kindness, vice president and general manager of the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based branch of AMC, announced that Nevada has been added to its nationwide bar, tavern and restaurant package program for general liability including liquor liability.
“Our program previously included Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan and New Jersey and we are excited to now add Nevada with additional states to be added shortly,” Kindness said. “We also have markets for hospitality driven property and equipment breakdown for additional states and can provide a market for the EPLI as well.”
Some of the coverage will be written through non-admitted surplus lines markets and AMC has surplus lines licenses in over 40 states, recently adding Florida, allowing them to assist with placing surplus lines business for their contracted retail producers nationwide that may not have the necessary surplus lines licenses.
