Rancho Cordova, Calif.-based Allstate Insurance Company announced several promotions.
Phil Telgenhoff was promoted to the position of regional distribution leader. He will have complete accountability for more than 1,300 California sales professionals who are responsible for selling a range of Allstate products, including auto, property, and financial services products. He will supervise all senior distribution leaders throughout the state. Telgenhoff began his Allstate career in 1989 working in the claims and human resources departments. He became a territorial sales manager for Northern California in 1999.
Andy Romero has been promoted to regional financial services
leader and will be responsible for the securities supervision and education of all registered representatives of Allstate Financial Services, LLC, for the Allstate California Region. He also oversees efforts to meet regional sales goals for annuity, life insurance and other financial services products. In 1987 Romero began working for Allstate as an underwriter. He transferred to the sales department in 1998 and was a financial services consultant prior to his recent promotion.
Marrie Nyunt has been promoted to distribution support leader and
is responsible for overseeing the education, technology, award and
recognition sales strategies in California. She is accountable for the
support of the day-to-day operations of the region’s 1,300 Allstate
agencies. She formerly served as an agency consultant.
