Moody Insurance Agency, which specializes in insurance, risk management and bonding services for contractors, has marked the expansion of its growing personal insurance lines department with the addition of Vanessa Chapman, an insurance executive from Arizona, as Personal Lines account executive.
In her new position, Chapman will work to produce new business for Moody Insurance, with an emphasis on Personal Lines products including homeowners, automobile, umbrella, watercraft and other personal insurance coverage. For 20 years, she worked with Passey Bond Co. Inc., in Mesa, Ariz., as Personal Lines manager, before relocating to Denver this year.
In 2004, Chapman was the Arizona State Director for the National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) and remains an active member. In Arizona, she twice received the “Member of the Year” award from the NAIW affiliate Tri-City Plus Association of Insurance Professionals Inc.
