Safeco Hosts Internet Broadcast of Financial Results

Safeco is hosting an Internet broadcast of its conference call to discuss fourth-quarter and year-end financial results. The broadcast will be held 11 a.m. (EST) on Jan. 24, 2006, at www.safeco.com/webcast. To hear the results, log onto the Web address and follow the instructions posted there. The broadcast also will be archived on Safeco’s Web site after the initial conference.
