Key features include the writing on occurrence form, blanked additional insureds including CG2010 form 11-85 edition and no limitations on percentage of subcontracted work. Paper contractors and custom home builders are acceptable classes.
Limits are $1million/$2million with various deductibles.It is available in Arizona, California and Nevada.
