Michelman & Robinson LLP will be opening a San Francisco office on July 1 to complement its Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
“The overwhelming demand for our services in Northern California has
compelled us to open this office,” the company said.
The office will be located at 455 Market Street, Suite 1420, San Francisco, CA 94105.
In addition, John Sebastinelli will be joining the firm as a partner in the San Francisco office. He specializes in insurance regulatory law, including the areas of insurance company formation and licensing in California, formation of offshore insurance companies, insurance company acquisitions and mergers, licensing of insurance production agencies, acquisition and mergers of retail and surplus line brokerages, qualification of surplus line insurance companies, insurance policy development, risk retention and purchasing groups, and the insurance holding company system in California.
The San Francisco office will house additional attorneys, each of whom will continue to provide legal services to clients in all practice areas, including business and commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, intellectual property, insurance coverage and bad faith and corporate and business transactions.
