Kathernine Schall has been named broker in the Sacramento office of Burns & Wilcox, a national specialty insurance wholesaler, underwriter and managing general agent, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Mich.
Previously, Schall served as broker with Sacramento-based Colemont Insurance Brokers, gaining prior experience in the excess & surplus insurance industry since 2004. She has more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry.
Schall specializes as a property and casualty insurance broker, focusing on hard-to-place general liability for contractors (e.g., artisan, general contractors, wraps), as well as excess and umbrella coverage, including transportation excess. Other general liability and property lines in Schall’s portfolio include apartments, products, restaurants/taverns/night clubs, hotels/motels, importers, manufacturing and fabrications, and various other classes.
