One can do all the studies one wants to do but they will not change the truth. The fact of the matter is that access has been severly reduced and anyone on either side of the fence knows this very well. Making the argument that access has not been limited is as big a joke and lie as the governor stating he needs to study the evidence before any change in permanent disability benefits can be made. All he need do is travel to the WCAB on any morning and he will see every defense attorney arguing that his case fits into the new rating schedule. Need I say more. Lies, more lies, nothing but lies.
