Los Angeles based Heritage General Agency has added a new carrier for homeowner coverage in California. Ed Galvez, personal lines specialist, will be the contact person for this coverage.
This is a semi-exclusive program to Heritage General from a stable, “A++” rated non-admitted carrier. The program offers comprehensive coverage including workers’ compensation and personal injury. Coverage for dwelling is extended to 150 percent, other structures are 20 percent of dwelling, contents is up to 70 percent of dwelling and loss of use is 20 percent of dwelling. Maximum personal liability is up to $1 million. Earthquake coverage, all risk contents and loss assessment up to $50,000 is included. Water back up or water damage is offered up to the dwelling limit.
Minimum value of dwelling is $300,000 no maximum, Coverage A and deductibles will vary according to size of risk.
