Coverage highlights of the new offering will include ocean cargo, marine general liability for ship repairers, terminal operators, marina operators, wharfingers and stevedores, boat dealers legal liability, charterer’s legal liability, hull coverage and protection and indemnity.
Coverage is available in Calif., Ore., Wash., Nev., Ariz., and Idaho by an “A-” rated carrier. Excess liability/Bumbershoot is available. Limits are $20 million, and deductibles vary depending on the size of the risk.
