Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers Inc., has finalized its 2007 restructuring plans, consolidating Contract Underwriting into a single unit in Dallas, and making personnel changes.
Judy Hall, underwriting vice president, will be transferred to the new consolidated Dallas office. John Castro from WSS’s Roseville, Calif., office and Christine Schmidt from the Pasadena, Calif., office, also will move to Dallas.
Ray Bowles, senior vice president, moves into a new position as field marketing representative. He will work with retail clients in Southern California.
The company also is reorganizing its Orange County, Calif., offices. Business will continue as usual for Orange and San Diego and personal lines clients. Andrea Zenner, vice president, Pasadena branch manager, will oversee management of Orange County until a new branch manager is hired.
Additionally, Kyle Stevens has assumed added responsibilities with his new title of chief operating officer. “He also became a substantial equity partner, and I am thrilled that the future of WSS is in the hands of this talented young man,” said Richard L. Polizzi, president and CEO.
