Arrowhead Wholesale Insurance Services LLC has added a general liability market for artisan and general contractors. More than 50 classes are considered, in addition to general contractors. Premium is based on gross receipts with eligibility up to $1.5 million including material costs. Work is permissible on tract homes and there is restriction on tract size.
Highlights include up to 70 percent of sub-costs allowed, new home construction up to two properties annually, and automatic blanket additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements at no additional charge. New ventures will be accepted with at least three years experience in the same line of work.
Limits are: $1 million per occurrence/$2 million general aggregate/$1 million products and completed operations. Higher $2 million/$2 million/$2 million limits are available upon request. Minimum premium is $1,000 with a standard $1,500 deductible ($2,500 for plumbing classes). Coverage is available in California, Nevada and Arizona. Payment options include full payment or premium financing.
