Insurance is routinely used to help restore lives and businesses after a disaster, but the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation hopes to improve lives even before a major accident has occurred. Through its annual Insuring the Children Golf Tournament, the Foundation hopes to end child abuse and neglect in local communities.
The golf tournament will be held Oct. 22, 2007 at the Santa Ana Country Club in California. Registration fees will go toward child welfare programs supported by the Foundation’s Insuring the Children Program. For more information, to register, or to become a sponsor of the event, visit: http://www.iicf.org/events/itc_golf_tournament.php.
