Cary Cheldin, president of Crusader Insurance Co. in Woodland Hills, Calif., was re-elected to a traditional second, one-year term as chairman of the Association of California Insurance Companies’ (ACIC) Board of Directors at the Association’s Annual Meeting this week in Sacramento.
In addition, Kathleen Bissell, assistant vice president of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., was re-elected vice chair for a second, one-year term, and Sam Sorich was re-elected ACIC president.
ACIC’s members also elected its full board, which reflects the organization’s varied and divergent membership in terms of company size and lines of insurance sold.
The Association of California Insurance Companies (ACIC) is an affiliate of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) and represents more than 300 property/casualty insurance companies doing business in California.
